OceansWide at the Fishermen's Forum

Thank you to everyone who came to see us at the Oceanswide booth in the recent 2024 fishermen's forum!

It was great to be able to discuss the ongoing marine debris issue with those whom it affects the most...the fishermen.

We also had many interested parties

approach us about the Pauline! We are committed to returning this vital piece of Maine history to her former glory so she can continue her journey as our primary education vessel.

It is no secret that removing the ghost gear from Maine's marine environment is a tough job. Yet, with support from our local communities and the fishermen, we continue to move forward one step at a time!
